Most of the reivews have been right on target when they talk about the poor mangement of Alexander House. That is probably the main problem with this property. The lies and deceit hit you when you walk onto this community and I can testify that they never end while you are living here.

The property is managed by the Shelter Group and it is mnaged just like a shelter. Although you pay good money to live here, the treatment is terrible. Do not listen to anyone in the leasing office. They assume that everyone in the building did not attend school pass the third grade so they insult your intelligence with lies and deceit. The facade of the building and location of the building should be easy selling points and they could probably even raise the rent and still make a profit, however, the management and culture on this property makes it a barrio border house.

Invest your money on mango trees in Croatia instead of lining the pockets of undeserving people.
