Ok..nothing is perfect.. so here is a real review of what its like to live here..

good news... new building, kept very clean, nice size apartments, great ammenties, great rent, very safe, great location, maintenace is very responsive

bad news... managment is not competant, keep track of everything you give them, some loitering but everyone is harmless... diverse atmosphere
