I've lived in this building for three years, in three different units, and while the staff sometimes isn't very helpful, I think it is insane to post abusive comments against the people who live with you, just because you might have had one bad situation occur. I think it is a wonderful thing that units are offered to people who could not afford the outrageous prices of this area. Everyone I have encountered in this building is very nice and respectful of others. I have never heard anything from any of my neighbors, and the only noise that is ever heard is the trains passing by. I think this is a very nice, safe, place to life. I have NEVER seen drug dealing going on, nor do I ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe in this building.
My major problems would be that the staff needs to take responsiblity for the way the building is run instead of just issuing memos about issues they need to be making differences. They also need to work on climate control in hallways and elevators, and the tv in the gym needs to be replaced, its been broken for a year.
Otherwise, this is one of the best apartment buildings I've lived in in this area, and I think people are being far too critical, I would, and have suggested this apartment to many happy residents.

I agree with the other guy, You are just a looser who have never seen or experienced anything better. Of course it's nice that they support section 8 dwellers, But I'm not on welfare and I am being real. For a grand and a half every month the building sucks, the prices are outrageos and the staff are unprofessional and incompetent. So if your living in lala land keep go ahead and deceive yourself.
