I will say I like this place. It has it?s pros and cons, they are:

Pros:
-Great people work here they are always willing to help with anything.
-The maintenance guy is good, had two problems (one I caused myself but don?t tell) and he had it fixed by the time I came home from work.
-Location is great
-Fair rent, much less than other paces but not a dump
-Cool courtyard, I love to go there and read.
-Fitness room, could use some new equipment but hey do I ever think I will get in shape.

Cons:
-Some of the areas could use some updating, not old but kind of out of style.
-There is some kind of construction across the street.
-There is a person living here that is a pain, leaving notes all the time because they are mad about something. But I have lived in the area for a while and every building downtown has someone like that, some people have no life.

Actually, a nice place.
