Of all the apartments in Silver Spring this is the best deal. Not as fancy as the $2000 a month places but also not a ghetto. If it was a car it would probably be a Lincoln Continental, not a Jaguar nor a Kia. Very nice for your typical white collar guy.
I have had a few maintenance request and everything was done fast, and they actually left my place cleaner than I left it. There have been a couple things break in the building but the front desk always let me know what was going on.
The office staff is professional and very nice. I would ask for Gloria or the new guy Allen if you go there.
There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and they are helpful. Onetime my wife had my keys and I didn?t have my thing to get into the garage. The front desk guy came outside in the rain to open the garage for me so I didn?t have to get out of my car. You don?t see that now days.
