I would rather have someone pull the plug on me than to live here. I am getting out asap. It is impossible to have things repaired. You don?t want to pay rent because of the circustances and the leasing office talks to you like dirt but they are working in there making minimum wage. When you call the inspectors, you may or may not get things done. The inspectors came out recently to my home and gave them one month to replace the lock on my front door, put one on my balcony door, fix several leaks throughout my apartment. Paint where they knocked paint off my walls back in 1997, fix my shades that they ripped out of the wall in 2000 and never repaired. They never fixed any of this. It took them three years to fix my tub, which the inspectors told them to replace (they painted it since they?re so cheap), I called them many times due to sparks shooting from my circuit box in my kitchen with no response for days. Every summer, there?s days or weeks without air, and the last two winters, my son and I have gotten sick due to no heat but I have to pay for water, elec, and gas. I don?t think so. You have to tip toe on the floors if you don?t want to go to battle with your neighbors. The cabinets have been falling apart since 1996 but have no fear, they will come and silly putty them back to the walls for you free of charge. The appliances are mis-matched and if they do match, you better believe that they?re old as dirt and you have the original set from decades ago. I could go on and on about the stains in my carpet from the leaks from above and the holes in the ceiling. Piece of advice, please do your job and take care of your tenants.




Now on to a more personal note. The kids in the area are treacherous. I have detectives working on several cases now regarding my son. The rugrats in the neighborhood will terrorize your child and the parents make you want to slap them around by not taking responsibility for their kids. What choice do you have but to take it into your own hands. My son has been abused enough, mentally, and physically and has police pictures to prove it with bruises, knots, and broken bones. He?s been torchered and molested by a neighbor but they call my son the bad one. This is just a warning because the leasing office says they?ll take action but never do.




Do yourself a favor. If you are considering living here and you have a gun permit, I advise you to get rid of the gun because you may end up using it on yourself or someone in the leasing office.
