I would have to agree with the other reviews. since i have been living there, moved in 06.. it has gotten worse, my car was towed, and vandalized a few times so i never park in the neighborhood i park on the street. my bulding is still dirty as ever and someone's mail box had been broken off recently. management changes as often as your underwear, and they dont communicate when one group leaves another comes in not knowing anything at all. the roach that i saw when i first moved in has become a family of maybe 6 generations, which is funny because they send out notices saying they are going to spray the apts and if your apt is not ready there will be a fee! yeah right they never come or they spray very little and that is supposed to get rid of those human like roaches. its disgusting and embarassing. my door is broken, no let me re-phrase that, my apt is broken and has been that way since i moved in. I try not to spend that much time at home so i really cant comment on the drugs or selling.Not to mention the hugh hike in my rent for a one bedroom with no utlities included, i feel ripped off. Needless to say I will not be renewing a lease anytime soon and i feel sorry for all of the people that i have seen moving in. this is the worst property i have ever lived on. there are several neighborhood surronding the area, i have an acquaintance who lives in northgate and his apartment is very nice, not a much room but nice. I have been here long enough and nothing has changed. i agree with all the other posts 1000%. i am glad that i am not the only one who notices these things about aspen crossing. I strongly suggest you review other options before moving to these apartments ask them to show you the actual unit they are putting you in and if they can not do that then run away.
