I would like to start out by saying, "Where is management going'" They can't even keep the morale up between each other. How can they accomodate tenant needs' I was suppose to move into Aston Woods Apartment in the month of November. Four days before my move in date a staff member from the office called to tell me the office will be closed on that particular day. I was shock. How could they rely this information four days before my move in date' Especially when I was moving from a total different state. I was told month in advance that this date was okay. I lived 4 1/2 hours away. The military was helping us move, and you have to give them a 30 day notice in advance to make any changes or you'll be charged by the moving company. The staff member who was helping me no longer work for the company. Then they expected us to come up 2 day earlier when it was impossible because we needed to be here when the movers arrive. They were rude and not helpful at all. My husband and I found another apartment with a different company. If your moving from another state I wouldn't consider.
