Aston Woods has some benefits - free parking, reasonable pet policies, and a decent location near 95 and US 29. However, maintence is terrible. Given that the appliances are mostly ancient and getting older, they break down frequently. It usually takes between 4-6 phone calls to get maintence to come out. Never once has anything been solved on one phone call since I moved in. It has been a terribly frustrtating experience living here, and I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.
