This is the worst apartment experience i've ever had

Maintenance is absolutely horrible, sometimes requiring 6 months, 15 reports, and phone calls to the company who owns the apartments, to get something fixed. Packages are delivered to the office in an unsecure area where anyone can open them and take the contents. Office staff, despite signing for packages, refuses to take responsibility for items stolen right in front of them. Talking to management is ridiculous...not worth your time because they won't do anything.
