I have only lived here since January, 05. Since my sign on with Aston Woods the entire office staff has changed and the Manager Donna THE OLD DONNA PRIOR TO NOVEMBER--- is terrible with paper work and has very little people skills. Kim (asst. mgr.) has been extremely helpful with ALL of my problems. I have been able to settle any issues I have had with Donna by dealing with Kim. She really knows her stuff and though I may not agree with the rules and regulations, Kim makes it very easy to understand them.

If you intend to move here please know that they file court BEFORE the 10th so don't buy that stuff about you have until the 10th to pay NOT AT ASTON WOODS and when you do pay please keep your receipts. Donna will mess you up if you don't she will have you in court when you already paid.

The apartments are nice though and the kids have a nice play ground....KEEP THEM THERE cause The grass is always FULL of dog poop and the balconies have slats in the bottoms so if you live below a dirty dog owner BEWARE OF DOG DROPPINGS!

The pool is a blast and I have met a lot of nice tenants over all living here is 60/40. I had my car tags stolen But nothing taken from my car but what's even more important... No rodants, bugs or leaks in my place......
Move in just be careful of the occasional tag stealing wiseguy , a few poop bagless dog owners,and THE MOST VICIOUS OF ALL DONNA THE OLD ONE PRIOR TO NOVEMBER,,,,,

I have moved and haven't had a real chance to work with the NEW Donna but from what I do know of her she was very nice and she is better with people.
