Considering this apartment community' There are a few things to know in advance that may help form a decision such as the condition of the apartments, the staff and neighbors.
Looking for a place where you aren't going to hear your neighbors with thick flooring and space between the guy above you' This isn't for you. However, if expect to hear your neighbors in an apartment building surrounding, you'll be fine. The neighbors above me walk around on their heels you can hear every step. Sometimes i could swear they are throwing gym weights around.

If you don't like animals, this isn't for you. This apartment complex is a safe haven for pet lovers who have many neighbors with pets too. And the hallways show it. Many of the buildings have outside hallways, exposed to the elements including traffic with dogs and puppies covering the carpeted flooring with hair that isn't maintained by the complex. In fact, the hallways are pretty much covered in anything from dry wall pieces to dead wasps.

The Staff are all nice and will help you in any way that they can. If you get the chance to talk to someone, you'll know it. I've only had one bad experience with the staff and that was taken care of with no problems.

The apartment units are nice and comfy. If you decide to move in, make sure your apartment comes with things such as light fixture covers and everything is clean before you sign. If you miss something, they will correct it pretty quick.

So if you are wondering if you'd be happy in this community....it's all relative to who you are. If dirty hallways and hearing your neighbors bothers you like some people i know, this is not for you. But if you can look past that, it's a nice place to call home.
