I have been a resident here for a while, the neighborhood isn't very good, I know a contracter that did some remodeling and said he heard gunshots a few times. The managers come and go, Andrea was really good but she left (i don't blame her). Donna is absolutely, hands down, without a doubt the WORST mangaer i've ever had to deal with out of 5 apartment complexes i've lived in. She is full of excuses and takes zero responsibility. If something breaks (washer/dryer) good luck getting it fixed without having to breath down their neck. You will not recieve an explaination nor an apology for why nothing is resolved as requested 7 days later. Along those lines, maintenance will dismiss any complaint without even investigating any issues (and there has been several). I could go on and on but it isn't worth my time or your time to even consider this place. DON'T DO IT!! You want a headache' You'll get it here at Aston Woods, call Donna for details.
