When I first inquired about the apartment the young lady I dealt with was Andrea (she is no longer there). I was contacted by the Leasing Office of my move dates and deposit. Day one was headache and from there I should have took my money somewhere else. I signed my contract I was quoted the wrong price security deposit. I was not contacted until 2 months in my lease Donna(manager gone as well) she arranged for me to set up payment by adding on to my rent to pay the remainder balance of the security deposit. Which it was their fault from the start I do think it was wrong after I moved in going into 2 months for me to have to pay it.

Another manager (Cynthia) has started I have only been here since January. We had an encounter regrding my account and she tells me that she was not here when the arrangement was made and therefore I need to pay the outstanding or I will be evicted. She is very nasty and unprofessional.

There are only 2 personnel that I like to deal with and that is Janice. Toma is new and have to learn the ropes but she is a very warm person to be greeted by when you come in the office.

I agree with you about Cynthia's(new property manager)attitude. She is very rude and impersonal. She actually has only been working at the complex since April. She consistently makes false promises when it comes to maintenance and when things will be fixed and ready. Overall, none of the leasing staff return calls promptly or follow-up.
