I had requested a pest control for my apartment. The staff told me the pest control guys come only on Wednesday. When I called them next wednesday they told me it was every alternate wednesday. The next week there was some other excuse. The was one wednesday when the maintainence guys had come but they didn't have their equipment (yeah right!). So basically nothing was done for 5 weeks. Finally my husband went to the apt office and literally had to yell (coz they are always rude and act very indifferent!). I guess that is the only way to work with these people. They are rude, lazy, don't keep proper records and don't have a single ounce of courtesy.

The floor plan of the apt is rather clumsy and sq ft area is small.

I would suggest you to skip on this one. There are surely better apt houses.

I couldn't agree with you more. I couldn't wait for my lease to end. I wouldn't reccommend this community to anyone not even my worse enemy.

I agree that they are very apathetic towards the residents' problems. We had to do our own pest control (which was very effective)' but they could have cared less about our discomfort and inconvienence in our $1300 apartment.!
