I lived at Aston Woods for a year. When I went to check out the place it appeared to be quiet and the staff seemed nice.

I don't know how many times I had to CALL the POLICE or found the police at my building. One day I got a notice stating precautions to take because of the criminal activity. I called to find out more information and they wouldn't tell me anything!!! I had to call the police station myself! A lot of BREAK INs and thugs hanging around at night vandalizing the place

I was scared to death when some kids pit bull of the leash approached me and there is some crazy lady in the neighborhood that curses at you.

Management IS HORRIBLE! They dont pick up the phone. THEY BILL INCORRECTLY! They dont know who is responsible for what. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOW MAINTENANCE! you have to keep following up. I WITNESSED THE MAINT MAN THROWING TRASH ON THE GROUNDS SEVERAL TIMES

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR JEPORDIZE your safety

I am very sorry that I didn't check the reviews on this complex before wasting my time and mainly my money on such a poorly run complex. Management is horrible and has absolutely no clue to handling tenants concerns.Staff is best described a unprofessional and uncaring. Billing is totally out of control, you are constantly harrassed by mangement with letters on your door demanding monies for things you are totally unaware of. Best described as a total scam to get extra money each money by sending notices that you have a balance after your rent has been paid in full. I have never experienced such a group of unprofessional staff in my life. This is not a safe area to live in, often time early in the am you hear helicopters above circling the area,which is not a sign of safety. The complex is poor lit at night and their have been several breakins. I wouldn't advise anyone to move in to this complex. BUYER BEWARE"
