I've lived here for a little over a year and have had no problems. The only reason I'm moving out is because I have to move to Texas. The management has been very friendly and helpful. (Especially Janice) The office has gatherings quite a few times, especially in the summer. Last year they had free crab and prizes. They try to get everyone in the community to met and socialize. The apartments aren't huge but they are nice and parking is always easy to find. When we had dryer problems they brought us a new unit. No questions asked. I have no clue how they have a 44% rating. Usually only the people who hate a place rate it.
