I have lived at Aston Woods for a few months now and I will have to agree the other posters' comments about management. The are pretty slow. Since moving in I have had a few maintainence problems. I called for service and in all cases I had to follow-up before someone was sent out. It takes a week or two to get your maintainence issues resolved and one time they half fixed the problem and had to come back out. In one instance it took two weeks for them to come fix my problem in the meantime I see the maintainence man chillin' on a golf cart on a cell phone when he should be working.

I live in a renovated apartment that is very cozy and I really love it BUT the walls and ceilings are thin and the floors creak. I contastly here my neighbors above me walking around. I'm not sure why anyone walks that much. I can hear my neighbor's music, thank godness they turn it off at a reasonable time. I've also heard my nieghbors having sex, which was actually a pretty disgusting and horrible expereience.

The pluses are the neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The apartments are cozy but I can only speak for the renovated ones. No pest problems at all (again I can only speak for the renovated ones). It's close to stores, rt. 95, and public transportation. The staircases are well lite. There is ample parking at all times.

I guess your level of tolerance would determine whether or not you would be happy at Aston Woods. I happen to have a high level.
