parking is not bad, the noise is not so great. You can hear people above you, mostly, and across the hall from you when the TV or music is on. The walls and ceilings are thin. The price I had was good but it is only going up and the quality will not improve. There are times when there is trash on the grounds for a few days, but the maintenance and clean up crew are out and about daily. There are loose nails on the deck and even in the wooden floor in the bathroom. The drawers and cabinets are new but are cheaply made.
