I've lived here for just under 2 yrs. All in all, it's been a good experience for me. The management could be better. Though, I haven't had too many issues dealing with them since I moved in. They did push back my move in date at the last minute (which was extremely inconvenient). They offered me a "free" accent wall in my choice of color which turned out to be "not free." Once or twice they screwed up on my rent amount (charging me the balance from the previous resident). I didn't have an issues squaring it away though. Also, the turnover is pretty high for management. There isn't anyone in management that was there when I moved in. And I think the entire managemtnt staff may have turned over twice. Maintenance is cool. They have always been quick to respond to my requests and I haven't had many (maybe 4).

The actual apartment is nice and spacious. There is always adequate parking. It's pretty well landscaped. My apartment faces the parking lot which kind of limits privacy if you have the blinds open or the lights on. I had a few nosey neighbors that would pay attention to my every move. I can hear the guy upstairs walking around quite clearly. He sounds like a heard of Elephants playing full court basketball...Not good to hear every morning @ 5am. I got used to it after a while.

The major downside for me is the crime. Since I've lived there I've heard of at least 6 break in incidents. 2 of the incidents involved at least 4 units. A few motorcycles were stolen as well. Every now and again one of the neighbors in the building across the parking lot gets into a fight with his girlfriend or some random person. These incidents get pretty loud but end up being pretty entertaining (no one gtes hurt...They just make a lot of noise). There seems to be a lot of crime in the area surrounding the complex...Like the shopping center close by...My best friend and I went to the Safeway (which we now call "the shoot em up") a time or 2 and there is always some pretty egregious crap goin on. Like produce all over the floor, cashiers getting into fist fights, and someone getting shot a few doors down while we were shopping.

Other than that I enjoy living here. No rodents, No bugs, A few cool neighbors, Reasonable rent, nice sized apartment with not too many hassles.
