the apartment manager is horrible. nothing gets done no painting no help with huge roach problems, no maitenance ever. the rent is to high the grounds are un kept. im not even sure that they have a man on site that does anything. window air conditioners are loud and very old. exhaust fans in kitchen not working never fixed call all the time no one comes. roaches roaches roaches everywhere when call for help no response. i wouldnt recomend anyone living here.paint peeling off walls floors never waxed.kitchen appliances so old they are rusting ,asked to replace no help. this is the worst management company ive ever seen in my life. moving out asap.dont move here ROACHES,HORRIBLE UPKEEP,MGMT DOESNT WANT TO HEAR YOUR PROBLEMS,Dirty AND OLD, CAR BREAK INS AND THEFTS,ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, RENT to HIGH for CRappy APT
