Beautiful

This building is new and beautiful. I'm pleased to call it my home. Management has been consistently accomodating and helpful. So far this has been the first place I've lived where management says they will do things and then actually does. The only complaint I have is with the noise. The trains going by seem louder when you start living in a place than they do when you take the tour. I guess that's because you don't sit around in a quiet room listening when you take the tour and you don't try to sleep. This place is expensive, but the amenities and the quality of people make it worthwhile. Many members of management also seem to live in the building, so perhaps that is part of why the staff here is so helpful. If I have problems, then they are stuck sharing the problems with me.
Parking is ample in the garage below, but at $100 per month it is pricey. The business center and fitness center are open 24/7, but there is also a beautiful resident lounge that closes at 6pm. Unfortunately, this closing time makes it difficult to use the lounge because it is only open while most residents are at work. I hope that the lounge will also become a 24/7 facility.
I also think this happens to be in one of the safest areas of Silver Spring. I work very long hours that often do not see me returning home until 8 or 9 pm. I feel perfectly safe walking to and from the Metro.
