I was one of the FIRST tenants in the building. Of course with any NEW building there were some pains (everything wasnt ready yet) but the management team was great and now the building is full and lively with great tenants. YES IT IS PRICEY, but its worth it. Not only is it a great location, but you definitely get what you pay for....LUXURY LIVING! The irony is that I hear the trains a little, yet NEVER hear my neighbors. The walls are good and think therefore you will never hear neighbors talking or even worse walking up above!! The only gripe I have is having to pay for parking...you would think that at least one space would be included in the rent, but its not. Thats my ONLY complaint!
