Please don't be fooled by how 'pretty' the building is!
NOISE - you name it, and you can hear it. Railroad/metro tracks are only feet away. The MARC train that blows its horn, the metro, the freight trains that run all day and night! I can constantly hear my neighbors, even those across the hall. Plus, there is construction of condos about 20 feet away from my apartment and it doesn't stop!
PARKING - the garage door has broken down THREE TIMES and I have been there less than 1 year. You then have to enter through the NOAA building, which requires ID check and a check of your car!
MANAGEMENT - slow, not response. Maintenance stinks, too. The ceiling started leaking and mainentance came out at midnight to look at it. The guy said let me go get something and I'll be back! We waited 1.5 hours and he didn't return.
OTHER - Smoke detectors constantly turn on. I can't even make an omelet without it turning on. Management said they would replace them long ago, but it hasn't happened.
Please don't be fooled by the fresh-squeezed lemonade and cookies in the leasing office!
