I've also lived in three other apartments very close to this one and I love the bennington over them all. This is the first place I've lived on my own after college and I feel blessed to to call it home. This building does have a tax credit program so I can't complain too much about the price. I hardly ever use the amenities that the Bennington offers (ie. fitness room, business center, lounge) but they're great to show off to friends that visit. Because everything is so beautiful. It's like living in a high priced hotel. Speaking of visiting friends, there is no such thing as visitor parking. Luckily, public parking is right next door so if your friends come after 7pm or on the weekends then they won't complain. Smoke alarm did use to go off ALL the time when I first moved in but it is no problem now. I am friendly and speak to all of the staff so of course I think they are all friendly and professional. Maintanence is very quick and reliable. Paying $100 for parking is high but I also paid the same price at Lennox, Summit Hills and Rock Creek Springs Apartments so I guess there is no getting around it. I love the community gatherings we have at the apartment. The food and entertainment are always great. The building is very clean (no bugs) and I never hear anyone above me. I live on the side of the building with the construction and yeah they do start early as and it annoys me at times, but it also wakes me up when I'm about to be late at other times. It won't last forever either so it's bearable. After living here for so long the train noise is just starting to get to me. I don't know why. I picked this apartment/area because of the convenience though (walk to the metro, entertainment, shopping, dining) so I won't complain too much. I still love the apartment!!!
