I read the following opinon from apartment rating site. It cought my attention. i strongly believe this opinion represent 98% of the residence.

"moved into this building and have regreted it from the first day. The rent is completely overpriced, the staff is pretentious, rude and overall uncaring. The staff pretends to care about building concerns but do nothing to correct them. There is construction going on next door, where they routinely start before legal hours. Enjoy being charged for every minute service' I don't! Parking fees, pet fees, all utilities! But the worst...the trains. There are metro and freight liners constantly (I am not exaggerating) running. Please do not think this is something you could get used to. It's impossible - the trains sound as if they are coming through the windows.

Please please save yourselves! Do not move"

I agree with your opinon, every thing what you said is true. Some of the stuff is not only rude, I have no words to say it...it is better to put this way they do not have customer service manner...

Sill those people who would like to get in to this apartment i beg you 100,000 times please watch yourself.

I live in the Bennington, I completely disagree with this review. It is an amazing place to live. I don't understand when people complain about cost of something when they agree to pay for it! The trains are not that bad...get some earplugs if you are that extremely sensitive (the normal person is not).

I also live at the Bennington and disagree with this review. I'm on the third floor so, yes the trains are loud, but I have gotten used to them. They don't wake me up at night. There are also double windows (not double pained, double windows) which greatly reduce the noise. I enjoy the common facilities and everyone is very friendly and courteous.
