I have lived at The Bennington for almost a year now, and I must say that it has been one of the best living experiences I have ever had. The building is well kept, and the staff are just great! The ladies in the leasing office (Sandi & Patrice) are extremely polite and helpful. They remember your name and are very welcoming! There have been many times when I needed something done to my unit, and Patrice immediately got on it. Excellent customer service! You will also enjoy the ammenities such as the gym, business center, lounge/game room, and the new cafe that just opened next door! I have every intention on renewing my contract when it is up! I highly recommend The Bennington!!

It's always a bit suspicious when someone "anonymously" posts a particular name of someone in the leasing office. The review is too short: nothing is said about the surrounding neighborhood (the Giant, downtown SS), nothing is said about how close the place is to metro (or parking)... and those would be positives! Also, no negative experience at all: no comment on the train noise (amtrak)? Phrases like "you will also enjoy..." are suspicious: Hasn't the anonymous poster enjoyed those ammenities? Why not say "I have enjoyed"? This review sounds like it is from someone in the leasing office and not someone who LIVES in Silver Spring. Frankly, if there are "many times" you need something done in your unit for a NEW building, that's a warning sign, folks. Unless you want to become best friends with Sandi and Patrice...
