I just recently moved to the bennington at silver spring and I had the best welcome from the senior leasing consultant Patrice. She was very detailed in explaining the lease, the welcoming and I forgot about the onsite Dry Cleaning there until after she rewalked me through everythig. The apartment was very clean and smelled so fresh as if my apartment was Super Cleaned.
I can't believe that I live in a place that has so much to offer there residence.
I just want to say that the staff is freindly and work hard.
I am orgignally from Richmond VA, and I am so happy to live here now.
Thanks to the Bennington at Silver Spring.
I am now HOME!

This is sooooooo fake. If you just moved here recently then why were you posting comments back in September??? Stop posting comments about yourself Patrice! LOL

Another FAKE review. Nothing about the experience of living in the place, and again Patrice is mentioned. I suppose Patrice's name tag could say "senior leasing consultant", but that seems an odd detail to remember and include in a review lacking in relevant details. On 11/21/08, someone (likely a bigot, since they used the phrase "hood rat" to describe black people) posted a complaint about Patrice. Eventually, that name was removed from that post, but the complaints about Patrice are included in comments to other reviews. Since then, on 01/06/09 and 01/20/09 (Tuesdays must be slow leasing days?), two "reviews" have been submitted that claim wonderful things about Patrice and Sandi in the leasing office, but list NOTHING about the experience of living in the building. These are clearly fake reviews, submitted by people in the leasing office. More evidence: This particular fake reviewer, needahugg, also posted a comment to the 11/21/08 review that complained about Patrice, calling that reviewer "evil". (I do submit that that reviewer was probably a bigot.) needahugg also posted a comment calling the 09/16/08 reviewer who gave a low rating an "idiot". It seems a bit odd that a new resident would have such a strong reaction to other reviews.
