I would not recommend Blair to anyone
First of all the management are not organized they give out your assigned parking to someone else. But the thing that made me move out of this aprtment after taking them to court is that the manager at the time I was there was a racist. So gus be careful, they are so expensive and the money you pay is not worth it at all, they do not come on time to fix your stuff.
overall I would not recommend this complex to anyone!
