Disgusting. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I wish I were exaggerating when I say the Blairs forgets you literally the minute you sign the lease. We waited 2 months to receive a copy of our lease. An elevator was unavailable for our move-in, we didn't have a refrigerator for 10 days, the hallways are smoke-filled and the laundry facilities (even when in service) are horrifyingly inadequate. Crime is become more common in the building and the shopping center, and parking is not only difficult, but DANGEROUS. The noise from the nightclub down the street is unavoidable. Unfortunately, the only way to get management to respond to maintenance requests is to yell. Literally yell. If I had a completed maintenance request for every time I got a memo from the "community manager" warning us not to wear pajamas in the hall, etc., perhaps this would be a more favorable review. I absolutely cannot wait to move.
