I've been in this apartment for 8 months. I've only had to make one minor service call and it was taken care of in a matter of hours.

I can hear the neighbors when they are in the hallway but that is all. There has never been an issue with noise in this building.

The laundry facilities are great - even if the ones on my floor are occupied I can find ones to use on other floors.

Parking can be a bit tricky - since not many people want to pay to park in the garage when they can park in the lot for free. Sometimes finding a parking spot can take a while.

The management office has not been the greatest. They tend to lose paperwork. When you move in they give you a sheet to fill out to document damages and request any repairs. I turned it in and when a week later I went back into the office to ask when the repairs would be taken care of they had lost the sheet. Also, in June I submitted a request to have my boyfiend added to the list. After many phone calls and visits to the office he was finally added at the end of August. You really have to stay on top of them to get things done. They are very pleasant but not the most efficient.
