I went to check out this property and was totally disgusted. During the tour of this property I saw water leaking from the ceiling in the mailroom. The elevators are creepy! They have music in the elevators so that you dont pay attention to all the scary noises it is making as it moves from floor to floor. The actual unit looked like it had been painted 100 times. There was even paint on the window from the people doing such a bad job. While looking in the kitchen I noticed a dead roach on the floor by the sink. While it seems like a good deal because they pay your utilities it just isn't worth it. They need to gut these apartments out and start over. There are way too many nicer buildings in the area.
