I have very bad allergies and the air quality in the Blair Apartments is really, really bad. I would not recommend it to anyone, but particularly not people with children or those with breathing or immunity issues. The ventilation system is ancient working variously well in different apartments and you can sometimes SEE the dust in the vents. They apparently haven't them in ages. The vents carry kitchen and trash scents, pet scents and the moisture from showers and that all combines to form a really deadly mix. Drywall cracks in my closet let more smells in. I had to complain loudly and repeatedly to get a peep from management, and in the end, they acted like it was my problem.
