Great place to live....but too many people!!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
This months makes my third year at Blair Plaza. Overall, it's been a great experience. My only problem is the rent increases, everytime you look around the corner. Plus, all the construction that takes place is a MAJOR HEADACHE. If you like a lot of chaos going on - night and day. Blair Plaza is for you!
