I have been living in Blair Plaza for a year and a half and have been very pleased. The apartments a big, well maintained, kitchens are nice - new appliances and lots of storage. Every time we have called maintance they have responded very quickly. The front desk is manned 24hours, so you can have packages delivered when you re not home. I am on a low floor and face the parking lot - so the view from my apartment is an ugly parking lot and there is some noise (say when a car alarm goes off) but I am usually at work during the day and it s mostly quiet on the weekends. Still - I would recommend the other side of the building - the one with the view. As a parent of young children, I would love to see the blairs become more kid-friendly. The rear entrance to Blair Plaza has 4 steps that are not easy to navigate with a stoller.
