I lived here because I could get a two bedroom for the price of a 1 bedroom in the same neighborhood and utilities and parking are included. There is nothing terribly wrong with the place, but they are old buildings so you will have your share of bugs. The staff is adequate, but maintenance seems rather incompetent.

Maintenance is still incompetent... takes several trips to get AC units fixed. And the maintenance men... have a particular odor they leave that sticks in your apartment long after they are gone. Gross. I don't think it's cheap though- our rent creeps up about $100 a year!
