I just moved out after living here for 3 years. It's an ok place to live: safe, not ourageously priced, etc. It's trying to decide whether it wants to be a luxury or an affordable place to live, which creates some odd offerings (for a while they had a "concierge" who would do drycleaning, etc. for you, but was only available 9-5, M-F.) They are doing a lot of construction right now, which will affects pool. My one problem was that they would enter my apartment without much warning, for items that were not an emergency, but just needed fixing and that they needed to get into my apartment to fix.

Apartments can be noisy--they don't have enough insulation in the walls and ceilings/floors.
