I've been reading over the reviews for the Blairs and several people have commented on roaches! I filled out an application to move into the Blairs...still haven't signed a lease. Is there a roach problem in Blairs Towers still' The last review said a professional pest control service came out to treat for them and the problem was cleared up (for the time being). Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Yes, there are still roaches at Blair Towers. At least, in my building (8105 Eastern). But the problem is much better than it used to be. I used to see several roaches a day throughout the building, now I see maybe one a month. I'd still rather see NONE, but there is improvement. So take that for what it's worth! :)

I lived there from April 2005-March 2006 in Tower B, 8103 Eastern Avenue. That building has a HUGE roach problem, which persists because there is a tenant on the second floor living in squalor. T found the blairs management to be unprofessional and unresponsive. I finally got fed up and moved out. The Blairs are in a good location and have a nice website that tricks you. But it is definently not worth the money or the stress to live there.

We've lived in Towers B for a few years now.. there are bugs, but it's not awful. I find that it works best if I buy my own sticky mats and roach motels.. for a long while there were little tiny roaches on the walls in the hall every time we passed by. EW! I do imagine some of our neighbors are disgusting though, and even moreso now that dogs are allowed...
