Overall, the Blairs are nice, spacious apartments. That offer a lot compared to surrounding places. Maintenance has been great and effective having someone onsite. They could stand to have more than two washer and dryers on each floor, perhaps four and four, but the system somehow works. Other than needing to replace the carpet in the lobby, the overall feel is good. Built in the early 60's the Blairs are currently remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. I love my kitchen and both bathrooms, the upgrades make a difference. But not enough to raise rent, these are renovations long over due. As for parking, there seems to be adequate parking, but managements spends to much time policing parking and not enough attention on the lazy security guards.
