We've been here a couple months from another state, and we found this as a sublet on Craig's List. LOVE the pool, but they close it in early September even though it's still very hot. The noise thing is not as bad as others have written. The thing is the frames are all wooden, so they floors squeak big time. My neighbor under us claims she can't sleep...all we're doing is walking, and we're in bed by 11! Our upstairs neighbors walk too, but it doesn't bother us. I guess if you have really sensitive hearing it might bug you. But staff is relaxed and we haven't had any problems. Gyms are great. No big bug problem.
