I lived in two different apartments in 8107 and was satisfied with both of them. The following are some issues that we had:
1. Windows were old and not well-sealed, allowing rain to come in and get everything wet as well as ruin the drywall.
2. We found evidence of mice in the kitchen, but never actually saw any.
3. Staff was sometimes slow and a little grumpy - like the people who sit at the concierge desks that are supposed to help you get your packages.
4. The fire alarm went off a few times, not sure if there was actually a cause for it.

One time I locked myself out and one of the maintence men let me back in my apartment, no charge. Usually there is a fee. He was very nice.
I found that parking was always ample and did not have a problem parking in the Giant parking lot. The rent was pretty steep, but the area was very convenient. Everything I needed, I could get within walking distance (bank, post office, grocery store).
