UNSAFE. ..DEPRESSINGLY DARK...THROWAWAY TOWER FOR SENIORS

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
After living there for 1 year and managing to get out unharmed, I can honestly say that I would not leave my dog there now, knowing what I know.
