Claridge House Apartments

Overall good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I think this is a good apartment building to live in. Positive: I rarely hear my neighbors, only noise from the hallway (and that is fairly rare too). The maintenance crew is very efficient, they came to my door within a couple of hours after my complaint of a water leak. The apartment is large,airy and bright, utilities are included. Negative: Doing laundry is a bit expensive (almost $4 per load) and sometimes I don't get hot water for a shower. I only wish it was a little closer to to the metro, I'm not a fan of the bus!
