I lived at the Claridge House for a year before relocating out of the State. When I moved back to the Washington DC area I could not imagine living in another place. I have been here for five years now and am continually impressed with the improvements to the community. The exercise room was redone and now there are really nice treadmills and lifecycles. The halls are all painted and got new carpet. The lobby was redecorated to look like a modern building but the construction is still sound. I NEVER hear my neighbors. Best of all...last year we got new windows. This was a gigantic process and Management did it without disrupting my life or making a mess.
My apartment is huge and I have more closets than I know what to do with. The location is quiet and convenient. The Capital Cresent Trail is now out the back door, and the beltway is less than a mile away. I love living between Downtown Silver Spring and Downtown Bethesda...It's the best of both worlds.
If you do not check out the Claridge House while apartment shopping, you will be missing out.
