Resident Mgr has her favorites. Apts are average, some residents are VERY nosey and tend to favor front lobby gossip sessions. Elevator goes out a lot, pets are allowed and those that are favorites can sit in lobby and entertain with their pets (feeding them and allowing them to pee on lobby carpet), if you have a pet you'd better not try it though. Favored tenants (nosey) entertain daily in lobby but will make false claims against you if you try it - THE LOBBY IS FOR FAVORED TENANTS and their pets ONLY. Basically, if you mind your own business and kiss the resident manager's bottom, you'll be just fine. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
