When you move in make sure that everything works. We have been without a dishwasher since we moved here. (5 months). We have had promises but no deliveries. Make them accountable for their 48 hour promise. If you have complaints email their home office you may get results. Be dogmatic. The staff is nasty and incompetent. Email the main office. People hang out on the steps and you have to ask them to move so you can come into your building. Look around first you can make better choices. There is a young lady who lives here in Fairland that does sexual favors for drugs. Fairland is aware of her exsistance. Their offical response to this women is.. they have to catch her in the act. I think if several people tell you that it wallks like a duck and talks like a duck its a duck. This person has lived here for years. And they have no plans of removing her. This women is troublsome. Sex and cigarettes is all she is about. I'm not the first reviwer to discuss this women. Guess what she is still here! All I have to say is there is NOTHING FAIR ABOUT FAIRLAND. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK.
