Do not, I repeat do not move into these apartments unless you like receiving notices about once a month about a tenant being robbed or accosted. You can easily see drug deals going down on various evening. The place is filled with welfare moms that don't work and all around pathetic neighbors. Mind you, not all the neighbors are bad but a good 60% are not the kind you want!
The staff is clueless. They can't remember you gave them items even when you hand them to them in person. They can never tell you or do anything without checking with the property manager first [she is always unavailable]. The apartment manager will promise to correct issues but it is always months after the fact and it still may not get done. Don't think that you will get maintenance provided in an expeditious fashion either.
They charge for all utilities and they have a racket going of charging everyone across the board versus what you are really using! So many of us are subsidizing our neighbors utilities! I moved from a 14 room private home in another state where my water bill was 32.00 a month and that is with watering a large lawn and washing cars; to a 2 bedroom apartment here and my water bill is in the 20s: you do the math! RIPOFF
If you are looking for ghetto neighbors, unsafe conditions, drugs, and all around bad living conditions, then this is the place for you. If not, RUN!
