They towed my car--despite permit!

The Falkland Chase's parking lot contractor towed our car today because the parking permit sticker had "expired."
We figured out what happened. The new sticker they gave us to affix to the car was actually an old one--whoops their mistake, right'
Tomorrow, we have to have a friend DRIVE us to the impound lot to pay a $101 fee. Plus, our plans for this weekend were interrupted by this inconvenience.
You bet your bippy we're deducting this $101 from our next month's rent. I am ripped. You would think they could have tried to call us first--but no, their contractor is very aggressive about parking.
I hear we're not the only Falkland Chase Apartments resident to have their car towed because of having the wrong sticker.
The management team here needs to go to Devry or Phoenix Online to get more educated...
