This website is propaganda for realitors, new home builders, construction companies, insurance companies and moveing companies. Take a look at who ownes this website and then decide if you want to partake in this senseless degrading.



An honest happy resident would not think to go on this website and relate their feelings for the building. This site drives on outraged renters spatting about one or two little things that may have happened to them so that other people in need of renting an apartment will decide to buy a home instead. Just look at the advertisements, or better yet email them and ask who pays for and supports this site.



I did live at this property and I really enjoyed it. Yes its an older property (just look at it) and if you did rent here and are upset about it don?t complain that the apartment is old you must have known that before moving in-hello! Also, it?s classless to degrade the employees on a website for the whole world to see. You don?t really know these people. Saying they are uneducated is disrespectful and uncalled for. If you are truly unsatisfied with your renting decision first place the blame where it belongs. Then take real action. Check your landlord tenant laws, find a constructive way to slove your problem. Blabbing on and on about it on a website is stupid, grow up and do something about it.



Falkland Chase is a nice place to live. The maintenace is friendly and responsive and the managment was always good to me. Although I treated them with the respect they deserved. It can?t be easy dealing with people all day long, not to mention that the only people who come to talk to them are usually upset about something. That?s a truly negative envirenment to have to work in. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES, YOU HAVE DIFFICULT JOBS! FYI, property managment was listed as the fifth most stressful job in America according to the NY Times. Think about that the next time you take your anger out on them.



For the employees that are still working there from last year, thanks for all your help and kindness. I have moved out of the area but if I know someone who is moving to MD I will send them your way.
