not the worst, but certainly not the best

Falkland Chase is a decent place to live. I say this after I moved out when my entire living room ceiling collapsed. Prior to that incident, though, I had few problems. Parking is an issue anywhere inside the beltway. There were several times that I had to park on 16th street and then walk...not the best thing to do in the area at 1:30 in the morning...but that is my own stupidity. Ladies, take the metro and get a cab.(just a bit of advise)
I had a small centipede problem but the maintenance crew corrected that with extermination. verytime I put in a maintenance request, the crew was fast and efficient.
When my ceiling collapsed, maagement put me up in another avalon community and even watched my pets for me at the new community during the time that my apartment was fixed. They reimbursed me for damages and were extremely sympathetic and helpful.
If you choose to live at Falkland Chase, remeber that you are moving into an older community that has some architectural problems. There are a lot of benefits to living at FC, but honestly, I pay less than I did there and I live in the district now. The rent is a little high and the policies are a lot ridiculous. I believe everyone I know who lived there has had thier car towed at least one time since parking it. Harry's towing is a nighmare.
